We’ve been harboring wild bunnies!
Ok, so don’t tell our neighbors. They hate them. I think they’re the cutest! They were in our backyard for about a month, then moved on - probably because I was checking on them too often. But - hello! Frisco is out in “the country” and why would you plant something that the rabbits eat???? There are tons of plants that wild rabbits don’t eat - so plant those - then there won’t be a problem, right? And I guess this explains why there are no squirrels here either. It’s like a gang territory or something. I wonder if there are ever any “rodent” driveby’s or anything. Heaven forbid a squirrel moves in on the bunnies’ territory: “There goes the neighborhood!”
See these pictures of the babies and mom “hanging out” after feeding. Shows you how much we use our back yard…:-(
The blue pot is there so the lawn guys wouldn’t mow over the nest and have a bunny masacre.
